I just listened to the Superchick CD, Recollection. I liked it. I own Rock What You Got and a couple other, but I really liked this one. I'm hoping that we get to watch Iron Man 2 tonight!!! My favorite song on the album is Sunshine. I really like how it said every day was Christmas... Anyway, I have lots to do today.

This post took three hours to write.

Hello, everyone.  I was looking at some of my past blog posts, and I have to say, I could barely understand what I wrote because of all the bad punctuation and spelling.  So, I have resolved to write this blog post with perfect grammar.  Today we watched Wreck-It Ralph, and we had a lot of fun with that.  I don't like how Turbo gets all weird at the end though, it creeps Jon out.  Anyway, we baked cookies, watched movies, played games, everything!  It was really great.  We were playing Disney Infinity, and I thought that we were supposed to sneak away, but when Pepper made Sparrow and Mistress made Barbossa hop on the ship, I was like "Oh yeah, this is a tremendous idea.  You should steal the biggest, most obvious ship in the Caribbean and escape in that."  Then Pepper kept running into things and I was like, "Crashing into every island and rock in sight!  It's brilliant, Pepper!  Truly brilliant!"  That is, until she kicked me off the couch.  I watched from the floor for the rest of the time, but there was this certain jump Pepper could not make.  I didn't say it, but I thought to myself "I see your time on the Pearl has made you no less graceful..."  Anyway, after that Mistress, who just learned to even play the game made the jump.  Pepper was like, "You out-jumped me!  I'm impressed!"  They then proceeded to sink some ships and defeat some pirates.  Oh...looks like I have to go!  Until next time!

great days and parties

hello everyone! today has (so far) been a great day!  so today Alex and Pepper are going to host a party! doesnt that sound fun?  i am really excited for them, i get to come! isnt that awesome?!??!?!  well, i get to hang out with Alex's dogs, Lilly, Shasta, and Kuma.  isnt that cool?  anyway, yesterday was pretty good, but we had a scare because Pepper was running a temperature and she had to host this oarty, but she didnt have a temperature today.  we were really happy!  

so, yesterday we went to this really cool thing where it wsa just epic.  it was like a carnival thing (without the scary clowns and freaky people on sticks) and we played games and everything!  they had popcorn and everything, it was really wonderful.  all the great food was so good smelling!!!  Kat (another friend of Pepper's) was supposed to meet us there, but she was really late. when she did eventually arrive she greeted everyone but to me she said "Oh, they told me you were coming."  i was a little suprised because she seemed a little mad.  apparently her sister, Nellie, had given her a rough tim eon the way there.

Busy

What a crazy week! We did soooooo much stuff! Ouy see, i was having a lot of fun with Pepper when Master announced that we were going to On a road trip. It was amazing!!! I was like so excited...until he announced us cats wouldn't be coming. I was like, "That doesn't seem right." But lo, we were stuck in a kennel. We were with all these other cats and it was scary! They were all bigger than me, and Tom, Spirit and I just hid in the corner until we got used to the other cats, and they were pretty fun. We played games and ate, and five days later my owners came back. I was soooo happy to see them, and we went home and watched Iron Man (you probably figured we would do that). And we baked cookies and made fondue, and we went to a pro and the beach and it was overall really fun. Well, thier gonna go watch Thor: The Dark World, and I wanna watch it to. Until next time!

everyone should listen to my opinion

hi everyone!  so today we went to this great yogurt place.  It was really fun! i had yogurt that was called "tuna-a-la-mode"!  doesnt that sound fantastic?! well, it might not sound so gresat to you humans, but to my cat readers, you are probably drooling right  now.  I topped the yogurt off with some crushed cat treats, isnt that nice sounding?  anyway, ive had a really great day.  Pepper is going to head off to art class in a couple of hours and she is really excited.  she'll be riding with Alex and her brother, Mark.  they make a very interesting three.  anyway, she can barely wait and im still think ing of yogurt, it's making me miserable, and since im miserable, i must share my opinion as i always do when I'm miserable.  its a great hobby of mine, you know.

So, which movie had the best soundtrack? of course I am doing superhero movies, and i will list them in order of like.

1.  Thor  (I really like his theme song, it's melancholy and herioc.  It sounds really good on the piano.)

2.  Captain America:  The First Avenger  (I just think his are upbeat and fun, but there is a lot of emotion in the music, cause it can sounc sad, happy, or excited.)

3.  Thor:  The Dark World  (I had to think really hard about this one.  I was torn between  Captain America:  The First Avenger  and it, but i decided this was number three, as it is just really fun or suspensful sounding.)

4.  The Avengers  (Okay, so i realize that the themesong stunk, but the rest of the track was really good.)

5.  Iron Man 2  (let me make it clear that though this is my favorite movie, i did not like the soundtrack much because it was too actiony or it had words.)

6.  Iron Man  (Let me make ths simple.  i absolutley hate this soundtrack.  it has soooooo much music with words from bands that i don't agree with, i would put this one on my number 1 dont like list.  i will never watch Megamind again because of the soundtrack, so Iron Man got lucky that i couldnt hear the lyrics.)

Thor: The Dark World

Hi everyone!  So, I forgot to tell ouy all what I thought of Thor: The Dark World (as i also waited till last minute to tell you all about Iron Man 3). So, now I'm going two. First of all, let me just say that the entire family, even Jon, agreed that this movie was a winner.  we bought it yesterday.  do you know how rare it is to find a movie we all like? even the superhero ones don;t always win! Well, I thought it was really really good. So, Pepper (ever the Thor fan) thought it was epic. Her loyalty told her that the first one was her favorite (she said that Pirates of the Carribean: The Curse of the Black Pearl was he favorite movie, even though she admitted that she had seen tons of movies possibly better. She held onto it though, until she watched Thor, in which case she very recently let it go, and now Thor is her favorite, with Thor: The Dark World as her second or third favorite, with Pirates of the Carribean still up there). Anyway, she really liked it. It was more intense than the first one, but it was really good. My favorite part was when Loki and Thor were walking down the hall and Loki turned into all the wired things, I really liked his version of Captain America. It was really funny! Or when he turned Thor into Sif. He was very funny. It was really good. I probably shouldn't spoil it all, just on case some of tou haven't watched it yet. 

I liked how they showed that Loki had a soft spot...for his mother. I thought that was really cool. It made him a little more likeable, youb now?  They also made Jane more likeable (I despised her in the first movie) and I have soooo many other things I like about the movie, but I don't want to spoil it, and I must tell u what was wrong with the movie, as I know you were all expecting me to. 

What happened to Odin?!?!?! I mean, it was already shown he was a bad parent (breaking his kids heart as he's dangling over a cliff. Brilliant.), but what was his issue? I mean, sure, he has a son who basically went out and was a class A meanie, but as a king, you would think he would be wise and responsible enough to be able to care about his people. And then when a tragic death happens, he just snaps! He doesn't care what happens to his people! Anyway, enough on Odin. I also didn't like how they ruined Darcy. I didn't like her much in the second movie. She had a cleaner mouth in the first one. Boo-hoo! Anyway, other than that the movie was great.

 Before I conclude this post, I want to let you all know that I am running out of Iron Man references, so I will be using other Marvel superhero movie references. Until next time!

Pretzels and Conspiracies

we made pretzels today in a pretzel factory, and it was really fun.  my favorite part was eating it..  Thay was Tom's favorite part.  he licks the salt off first, and he noticed me staring at him.  he looked at me and was like "Weird?"  and I said "No, it's not weird."  and he responded with "It's okay, right?"  i just laughed and told him it was a little gross, but i could handle it.  he smiled in kind, and it was really funny.  Pepper on the other hand was waaaaaaaay grossed out.  she didn't even finish her pretzel, so Jon finished it for her.

anyway, I love Disney movies, but i think their soundtracks are a conspiracy.  i was listening to Pepper's iPod, using iTunes Radio, i turned on the Disney station.  Now, i don't watch nor do i listen to the weird Disney channel movies, such as High School Musical or Camp Rock (yes, i know those arent extremely popular anymore.  the only movie i EVER watched like that was Prom), but i love the Disney classics like Cars or The Aristocats or The Jungle Book (that one is one of Master's favorites, along with Homeward Bound, my fave character it Sassy!!!!!!!!!!) anyway, the soundtracks are seriously catchy, and it made me want to watch the movies again! see, I think Disney is trying to give that feeling.  like, i listened to just the end credits of Wreck-It Ralph (When Can I See You Again by Owl City) and it made me want to watch th emovie.  i heard this song a couple weeks ago, have not heard it since, and i still wanna rent it again! hey, that's catchy.  instead of When Can I See You Again its I Wanna Watch this Again...

It's been fun and now I have to know,

hi everyone! yeah, i know i havent written in a while.  you see, i went on a vacation, and we were having a lot of fun!  there was a pool and hot tub and sauna in our hotel, and we got coffee.  it ws really great,  wel, Tom didnt think so.  he thought the whole trip was a terrible idea, and he didnt want to go.  but, he did end up having a little fun.  he thought the bird shop was great, and we got to ride on a ferris wheel.  he liked that.  he was like "that was okay."  and i was like "See!  You had a great and awesome time, right Tom?" he just glared at me and said "Not that much."  anyway, i had a lot of fun.  i really liked the sauna, cause it was really cold where we went, and it was nice to feel the heat.  gotta go!
